Flopped PML-N Dharna in Islamabad at Election Commission of Pakistan Office

Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz faction PML-N staged dharna in Islamabad at Election Commission of Pakistan Office against Karachi electrocl rolls. The dharna was a flop show as PML-N leadership itself didn't participated in dharna and left it un attended. Chaudhry Nisar, Raja Zafar ul Haq with other central leaders joined the dharna as a show. Shahbaz Sharif son MNA Hamza Shahbaz remain in car for a brief moment and left the few workers in rain.
Yesterday, The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz announced to stage dharna outside the Parliament House and Election Commission of Pakistan Office for the empowerment of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) before the next general elections.
Likeminded political parties – including Jamaat-e-Islami, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (Likeminded group), Sunni Tehreek, and nationalist parties from Sindh and Balochistan – also take part in the protest sin-in.
According to reports issued by PML-N, all of their lawmakers had already reached the federal capital to take part in the sit-in to be led by opposition leader in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and senior PML-N politician Raja Zafarul Haq, but in real there was no one in dharna. Participants briefly marched up to the main office of ECP.
Yesterday, PML-N Information Secretary Mushahidullah had told media that they would stage dharna at all costs and that it would not be postponed," but now he is not available for comments.
The sit-in was aimed at pressuring the government to ensure transparent re-verification of voter lists in Karachi.
Met Office had forecast rain in the federal capital and Chaudhry Nisar had already ordered 1,500 umbrellas for the participants of dharna. But all these announcement remained on media only as there were no more than 150 people in the dharna.
