Three years ago,Mena Mailemichael heard about a project in the remote mountain country north of Addis Ababa.A German NGO was aiming to supply a whole Ethiopian village with solar energy while founding a training facility for future solar technicians in the country. Today Mena,23,directs one of Ethiopia's five newly-established solar centers.
