33:14Доброе утро!
33:44I don't know, that's yet to be said, but in his opportunities in starting, he's had some pretty big victories
33:50on his belt.
33:51Oh yeah, he's had some big wins against the Chargers and Denver and Chiefs.
33:56I give him a lot of credit for how well he's handled all the change around him.
34:01He's appeared in 21 games, 17 starts, he's won twice as many touchdowns as interceptions.
34:05The kid has some talent.
34:07Remember, it was against the Cardinals in preseason last year.
34:10That is a solid delivery to Philip Dorsett right at the sticks.
34:14That is a first down.
34:15Remember, it was the final preseason game of the year last year in Arizona.
34:19Geno Smith was brought in to be the starter.
34:21He's the backup.
34:22He breaks his wrist.
34:24Raiders had to trade fifth-round pick for Kenny Pickett.
34:26So Aiden didn't play until the final game of the season last year.
34:29So all those 17 starts in his first two years in the league.
34:32You know what the mistake was?
34:33The mistake was starting Gardner Minshew ahead of this guy two years ago.
34:37Do you remember that?
34:38I agree.
34:39I think it was a big mistake.
34:43Back to the air again.
34:44Cedric Jackson to midfield.
34:47This kid played well in the preseason two years ago.
34:50He threw an ugly pick, I think, in the third preseason game.
34:53And they wound up starting Gardner Minshew in front of Aiden O'Connell.
34:57And I think it was a big mistake.
34:58I think we were in Dallas for the final preseason game two years ago.
35:02Cedric Jackson, great nephew of Bo Jackson.
35:05He got a touch.
35:06He got in the end zone last year in December against Denver.
35:09First career NFL touchdown on a pass from Kenny Pickett here in this building.
35:16Daria Gumbawala is in the backfield with Aiden O'Connell.
35:19Who's through the hands of Okoye Boonham.
35:26Well, he's never been afraid to put it in tight windows in his career so far with the silver and
35:31black.
35:31It's just funny because, you know, I go on social media and you see AOC is trending.
35:35And I'm like, oh, my God.
35:36I go straight to Aiden O'Connell.
35:38And I realize, oh, it's some politics stuff.
35:39But so it's kind of funny that when you see Aiden O'Connell go out there, he just goes about
35:44his business.
35:45He's not a flashy guy.
35:46He goes out and he does what's asked of him from the coaching staff.
35:50And that's why you always feel like you want that type of player on your roster because he's shown how
35:55selfless he can be with his situation.
35:59Roman Henby got the handoff in space and he takes it down about a yard or two shy of the
36:04marker.
36:04And keep in mind, there's some flexibility for John Spitek and his coaching staff.
36:10If, in fact, quarterback goes down on another team and they need a veteran quarterback that can come in and
36:17be a day one starter or give him some depth and production at that position.
36:21So who knows how it's going to work out for Aiden O'Connell, whether he's still going to be in
36:25the silver and black or whether he gets a chance to go somewhere else after training camp.
36:29He will be a free agent at the end of the season.
36:31That's right.
36:32He's got four wideouts here on this third and two as we approach the final ten minutes of the opening
36:37preseason game.
36:38And he missed communication with Dorsett.
36:42So we'll see if they keep the offense here, and they will here on this fourth and two.
36:46To your credit point about, you know, does the work, everyone has given him credit.
36:50When they brought in Kirk Cousins in March, coaching staff said he never came in and complained.
36:55Front office said he never said anything.
36:57He knew they were thinking quarterback with the number one overall pick.
37:00Didn't say a word.
37:01And as Kirk Cousins told us, he's like, I see a lot of Aiden O'Connell's career when I was
37:06looking at my career.
37:07Remember, Robert Griffin and Kirk Cousins drafted the exact same time by Washington.
37:14On fourth down for O'Connell in the pocket.
37:17Floats down the field.
37:18Dorsett can't get there.
37:22They wanted a flag.
37:24Instead, Elijah Culp in on the coverage.
37:26And the Raiders will turn it over on downs on the Cardinals' 42-yard line.
37:35Now, Clint Kubiak's team put up 14 in the first half.
37:38Unable to score yet here in the second.
37:40Go to break, and the Cardinals up by 13.
37:48He's got some stuff on tape now that you can build on.
37:51Because we can always say, okay, solid start.
37:54But now next week, you're going against the Texans.
37:56You've got a joint practice on Tuesday with one of the best pass rushes in all of the NFL.
38:00A secondary that is locked down.
38:02So now the test only gets bigger.
38:04We know the National Football League week to week.
38:08We'll again track down.
38:09And that joint practice next week, it's only going to be one.
38:12We're going to practice together on Tuesday.
38:14Teams will be apart on Wednesday.
38:15And then Thursday, preseason game number two in Houston next week.
38:19Rick, what you were saying earlier about the wide receiver group having to mature, come on, against that secondary.
38:25They're all younger.
38:27They're all talented.
38:28Half of them are pro bowlers.
38:29That's a big-time opportunity for this offense to at least look what they could be.
38:32And in some ways, the inner squad, the work with these teams in practice may be even more important than
38:38a preseason game.
38:40You know, you can control the environment.
38:42You can control the reps.
38:44And I just think that's a great opportunity for a lot of these young players.
38:48Incomplete.
38:48Ball might have been deflected at the line by Buddy Johnson.
38:54Heaton Slovis took a shot through the face mask.
38:57Dalton Johnson, the fifth-round pick out of Arizona, not coverage, and the Raiders get off the field.
39:01It was like you said, a little combo of Johnson and Johnson there.
39:04Buddy with the tip.
39:05Or a little bit of a deflection.
39:07But right there on top of it is Dalton Johnson.
39:09Another one of those Raiders defensive draft picks of 2026.
39:19Devin Tompkins has been on the field a lot tonight, both offensively.
39:23But he has handled pretty much all of the special teams.
39:27His fifth year out of Utah State.
39:29Raiders are his fourth team.
39:32John Spitek certainly with some comfort with him as they were together in Tampa.
39:36He's going to let that go over his head.
39:38And he checks up at the five, and Fahoko down there to stop it at the one-yard line.
39:45They did that perfectly.
39:47A 51-yard punt by Gilligan.
39:50And Aiden O'Connell will be backed up.
39:53Well, the Raiders hoping to get back to their winning ways.
39:56Those trophies aren't going anywhere.
39:59Hoping to add to it.
40:00Know what you're going to get?
40:01That could be the moon.
40:02Could be the sphere.
40:03Either way.
40:048.25 to go here in the fourth quarter.
40:06We're 27-14.
40:08And, you know, Rich, during the break, you think it's just like a quarterback.
40:11We're at the two-yard line.
40:12Let me throw it deep.
40:13I think a shot.
40:15Off a play action.
40:16Here it comes.
40:16Boom.
40:17Roman Hemby, the tailback, the undrafted free agent.
40:20Teammates with Mendoza at Indiana.
40:22They are looking to throw to the near side and in and out of the hands of Cedric Jackson.
40:26Well, a couple things.
40:28Better throw and, you know, you still have to make that catch.
40:31You know, so there's a negative on the receiver and negative on the location on the throw.
40:38Better throw there by Aiden O'Connell probably gets it done.
40:43But I'd still like to see Jackson make that catch.
40:45Yeah, but this is another opportunity backed up, though.
40:47You don't get these.
40:48You get these reps in practice.
40:49But now, in a game, you want to see how your offense responds.
40:53Backed up.
40:53Shadows of your own end zone.
40:54Well, Patrick Curd is the fullback in front of Hemby.
40:59He just lowers the shoulder.
41:01Gets a little bit of space out to the four-yard line.
41:05Patrick Martin-Rhodes at the bottom of that pile for the Arizona Cardinals.
41:10You know, we talked about this earlier.
41:11Ten new head coaches.
41:12Last year, we saw a lot of teams that people, the Patriots, the Jaguars, other teams that made big-time
41:17strides.
41:18Did not make the playoffs.
41:18Seahawks didn't make the playoffs, then won the Super Bowl.
41:21You know, Arizona kind of in a similar boat as the Raiders.
41:24Not necessarily a new quarterback, but new head coach, new offense.
41:27The scheme, the whole thing.
41:28Well, you're also in a division that three of the teams made the playoffs last year.
41:31And won one in the Super Bowl.
41:33So, it's always difficult when you look at the other guys around you.
41:36Because that's what you're looking up to.
41:39And, of course, the point that Rich made earlier about the AFC West 2.
41:42Dorsett bounced in front.
41:45Not on the same page there.
41:49It's a bad sequence of plays for Aiden O'Connor on this offense.
41:53Got a veteran receiver.
41:55Just not on the same page.
41:57And those are the things that situational football, Rich.
41:59When you go tomorrow to watch this tape, the meeting, you know, this is an area of football that we
42:04have to get better at, fellas.
42:06We're backed up.
42:07We need to get a first down.
42:08We've got to run the football.
42:09We've got to convert.
42:10Because we don't want our punter, A.J. Cole, to have to punt.
42:13But, standing on the D in Raiders in the end zone.
42:16Well, that's a great point you bring up.
42:20He's punted twice.
42:21One of 60.
42:22One of 65.
42:24And this one's about 56 for Smith-Marset.
42:27Great coverage down there.
42:30And the Raiders.
42:31That was E.J. Williams, Jr., who got all the way down there to hold on to his jersey and
42:35rip it apart.
42:36I mean, it's certainly not a last-place schedule, if you ask me.
42:42That's a nice-looking throw by Keaton Slovis.
42:45Yeah.
42:45Virgil between a couple of different corners for 18 yards.
42:48That's a layer throw.
42:50You know, he layered it in there because it was the layer of the cake that just went right over
42:54the top of the defender,
42:55which was Dalton Johnson, who was in coverage, underneath, and right into the hands of the wide receiver.
43:00This is a difficult throw.
43:02I know John Gruden used to call it the old honey hole.
43:04Look at that.
43:04Yeah.
43:05Right.
43:05That was well done.
43:06Right in front of the safety, right behind the linebacker.
43:10You know, that was made last week about Arizona's quarterbacks.
43:12Carson Beck, Keaton Slovis, they missed five combined passes in that game.
43:17Tonight, they have only missed four.
43:19They look good offensively, despite the fact you've got a lot of young players playing.
43:25You know, Kirk was talking a few minutes ago, Jason, just about situational football.
43:28Really on both sides of the ball.
43:30It's been a problem here the last couple of years.
43:32Offensively, third down, red zone, two-minute.
43:34The numbers were among the league's worst.
43:37You know, every – John Gruden used to always say, you know, every room in your house is different.
43:43Like, you know, you don't have breakfast in your bathroom.
43:46You've had breakfast in your kitchen.
43:48Like, it's – you know, it's a part of your house where you don't sleep in your – you know,
43:52your basement.
43:53You sleep in your bedroom.
43:53Like, situationally, like, let's talk about, like, what happens on third down.
43:58What do we do when we get down to red zone?
43:59Things happen quicker.
44:01The ball up and down quick.
44:02What happens when we're backed up?
44:04We've got to get a first down.
44:05We've got – you know, all these things where the young players have to understand why.
44:10Why are we calling the play?
44:11What are we expecting?
44:12What's the coverage?
44:13What's the front?
44:14You have to be a high football IQ team.
44:16And that's what these coaches on both sides of the ball are trying to accomplish.
44:20Raiders have one sack tonight trying to get off the field.
44:23Oh, man, what a hurdle.
44:25The athleticism from Corey Kiner once he got into the secondary.
44:29He picked up 15 yards.
44:33And the Raiders take another timeout.
44:35You know, people watching at home, Rich, you know, they took their first timeout with 644.
44:40They take another one with 6.
44:41There's a reason here.
44:43Don't know what that is at this moment.
44:44There's a reason Clint Kubiak is taking these timeouts here.
44:46He wants to get the offense back on the field.
44:48He wants to get some more opportunities.
44:49You know, you're down a couple scores.
44:52We'll look at some young players.
44:54You want to see players in different situations.
44:56You know you need two scores, right?
44:57They're working through.
44:58And, again, the mechanics.
44:59He's never been a head coach.
45:00He's got an entire new staff working those game analytics.
45:03When do you call timeouts?
45:05When do you try to preserve the clock?
45:06Those type of things.
45:06Yeah, and the preseason is not just for the players.
45:09I mean, it's for the coaching staff.
45:10It's communication.
45:11It's, you know, making sure that we're on point.
45:14You know, you've got officials out here trying to get themselves in shape.
45:18But, you know, it's a chance to get better.
45:20It's a chance to put some stuff out on film.
45:22Las Vegas, that's the last of the half.
45:2530 seconds.
45:27You know, you've got a new staff, right?
45:29Everybody's working together.
45:31You've got, you know, Rob Leonard calling defenses for the first time.
45:35You know, Clint's calling plays for, you know, a young quarterback
45:39and a quarterback that hasn't worked with in a couple years.
45:42So there's a lot going on, a lot of moving parts.
45:44But I think overall, Clint's got to be pleased with what he saw offensively.
45:48I would say, I would defer to you, Kirk.
45:49I'm a little disappointed with what I saw defensively tonight.
45:52Yeah, but I think it's just the base coverages, right?
45:54They weren't going to show a lot today.
45:56And they had to play base against some of the things that will challenge you
45:59if you play base coverage.
46:02You're an easy grader, man.
46:03I don't know.
46:04You know what I mean?
46:04Well, I mean, you give him a C-plus.
46:07I can't do it.
46:08I'm not giving him a C-plus.
46:09I'm telling that.
46:10I'm not going to have, I'm going to match the coverage, right?
46:13No, I get it.
46:13They're tight ends and wide receivers.
46:15I'm going to put more cornerbacks on the field.
46:17And remember, this is these guys' first opportunity against another opponent.
46:23You know, they've been going against their own offense over and over and over again.
46:26And I remember what N'Kobe Dean told me.
46:27He said, look, our offense stresses us to a point where we can't wait to play somebody else
46:32to show our rules that we've learned to go out and execute at a high level.
46:36Diner gets a third straight carry.
46:39And the Raiders push him back.
46:41Keron Crawford on in there.
46:42And he's the one who brought him backwards on the second down play.
46:45The rookie out of Auburn, first to meet him there on the third down play.
46:49It'll be fourth down and about one Arizona offense staying on the field.
46:51He's a young physical player.
46:52When 42 goes in the game, Rob Leonard says, just go be physical.
46:56You know what I mean?
46:56Like, 42, go be physical.
46:58That's what your job is as a rookie.
47:00They're not asking you to learn the entire defense.
47:02You're going to be dropping and covered.
47:04When 42 comes in the game, your job is to be physical and set the tone.
47:09And set the edge just like he did last play.
47:15Mano stays in the backfield.
47:16Everyone expecting maybe a fourth straight carry.
47:19Instead, you get a false start on Arizona.
47:24They kick the field goal.
47:26False start.
47:26Number 48.
47:28Offense.
47:29Five-yard penalty.
47:30Still fourth down.
47:31It's interesting, too.
47:32You know, we were talking about this just a moment ago.
47:34But you were saying, Rich, about it's preseason.
47:36It's not just for the players.
47:37Coaches have the whole thing.
47:38And, you know, coaches throughout history have waited until the end of quarters.
47:41Take our time out.
47:42Take our time out.
47:43Preserve because you want.
47:44You're down two scores.
47:46And Clint Kubiak's taking his time outs with 6.5, 6.20.
47:50Because you want to know what you need.
47:53And you know you need to have enough time to get what you need.
47:55And offensively, there's plenty of ways to stop the clock.
47:58You've got a penalty.
47:59You've got to, you know, you can stop it on incomplete pass.
48:03You've got to get the ball out of bounds.
48:04So, there's other ways to preserve time when you have the ball offensively.
48:09Ryland misses wide right.
48:11He had hit two.
48:12And that one not particularly close on the 33-yard attempt.
48:17But now you've got five minutes.
48:18Now you've got some time.
48:19You know, get a quick score here.
48:21Now, all of a sudden, you're right back in this game.
48:24Good snap.
48:25Good hold.
48:26He just pushes it.
48:27Pushed it.
48:29It's like Kirk with the wedge from 100 yards.
48:32Just pushes it.
48:33Just misses the green.
48:35I'm looking.
48:36Grab my 60 real quick.
48:37Watch.
48:38Grab my 60.
48:39Gap wedge.
48:40Oh, man.
48:42All right.
48:42Let's see what A.D. O'Connell can do here.
48:44That was not a last series.
48:47It was not their best stuff.
48:49Let's see what he can do here.
48:51He's got a little bit more green to work with.
48:53He was on the two-yard line on his last drive.
49:00A couple of different times.
49:01He and Phillip Dorsett were not on the same page.
49:04See if that changes here on this one.
49:09Oh, he pumps.
49:10He takes a shot down the field.
49:12Wide open man across midfield.
49:14A.D. J. Williams Jr. down to the 40.
49:18Colt made the tackle, but the rookie out of Indiana,
49:22another one of those players who was on Mendoza's national championship team.
49:26It was a nice job on the over route.
49:28It looked like he was going to convert it to a post or back to the pylon,
49:32but he just kept going across, got lost behind that second level of the defense.
49:36And a nice job by A.D. O'Connell hitting him in stride.
49:38Now, he kept that play alive.
49:39He's looking downfield.
49:41It's Chase Roberts for a first down inside the 25.
49:45Oh, Jalari made the tackle, so they got the ball back with 5.08 to go.
49:50And less than a minute later, they're already inside the 25-yard line.
49:56Chase Roberts, undrafted, free agent out of BYU.
49:59O'Connell back to the air.
50:01It's Robertson.
50:02It's through his hands.
50:03Couldn't bring it in.
50:05He's got to make that one.
50:07That's right there in his hands.
50:08You said it.
50:09He won off the line of scrimmage.
50:11Roberts did.
50:12Nice little move to the outside to sell.
50:14Got the defender on his back hip.
50:16And that ball's right in his hands.
50:18That's why he's got his head down.
50:19He said, I missed an opportunity right there.
50:23Terrific throw from Aiden O'Connell.
50:25He's made a couple of nice little throws.
50:26And what he does also to Rich is he buys time by drifting.
50:31He doesn't drift backwards.
50:33He drifts to the side.
50:34You don't see that a lot from quarterbacks who can drift sideways.
50:39O'Connell's 27.
50:41It'll be 28 when the season starts.
50:44On second and 10, Cardinals bring pressure.
50:46Floats down the field.
50:48And it's behind Williams.
50:49That ball might have got dipped.
50:51Spiral was never there.
50:52He had Williams behind Culp if he could put it out in front of him.
50:55Yeah, and the Cardinals starting to bring some pressure.
50:59They just do a pretty good job picking it up.
51:01But Aiden O'Connell didn't have a lot of time back there to hold it.
51:27Cardinals bring just four.
51:28And O'Connell is pushed back into a sack.
51:32Wrapped up from behind.
51:36It's Elliott Brown in his first year out of Virginia.
51:39It's a loss of 10.
51:41When does that clock go off in your head, though?
51:44You've got to get rid of that football.
51:45Now, the Raiders are going hurry here on fourth and 21.
51:48All right, down 13.
51:49You're not kicking a field goal.
51:50They're trying to go fast.
51:52It's fourth and 21.
51:53O'Connell the pump to the end zone.
51:56A little bit of contact.
51:58Marset never really looked in for the football.
52:00And that will be a turnover on downs.
52:03Yeah, it goes back to the sack on third down.
52:06And that clock in Aiden O'Connell's head, he's got to get rid of the football.
52:10Because, remember, you have no timeouts.
52:12But, more importantly, though, throw the ball away.
52:14You still have another down to get to.
52:17So, not only do you lose yardage, but you also lose time.
52:20That clock has to be sped up.
52:21Say, hey, it's not there.
52:22And he's trying to hold on to make a play.
52:24Got to get rid of that football.
52:26Yeah, it's a promising drive that just stalled on the red zone fringe because of the sack.
52:39This is four-minute offense here for the Arizona Cardinals.
52:42Raiders, no timeouts.
52:44It's my time of the game.
52:45Nine on seven, Rich.
52:46That's it.
52:47Bucking your chin straps.
52:48Inside run.
52:48Inside run.
52:49Here we go.
52:55Raiders expecting it.
52:56We'll see if that's, in fact, what happens here with 3.36 to go in this preseason opener for the
53:02Raiders.
53:02Second game for the Cardinals.
53:04It is, in fact, a run on the inside, and it's about a yard.
53:09Raiders on the stop.
53:11Brandon Cleveland, the rookie.
53:14Big defensive tackle.
53:15Seventh-round pick out of NC State.
53:17When I go all the way back to high school, when it comes to these situations, I had a great
53:21high school coach and Paul Perrinon at Bishop O'Dowd High School.
53:24We practice situations.
53:26And you get to about three minutes to go left in the game.
53:30You're telling your offense, you're telling your offense, we're going to run the ball, and we're going to run it
53:34right down the defense.
53:35They've got to stop us.
53:36And now the Raiders' defense, they have to go out and try to make a stop and get the ball
53:40back.
53:40It may be the end of a game, but this is a crucial situation to teach and to learn from
53:45in the coming weeks.
53:48Slovis took that play clock all the way down to one, and Maul nowhere to go.
53:53Jafari Harvey set the edge.
53:55Key and Sloan.
53:55You know, he's seen Sloan a couple of times, Pop.
53:57We were talking to Ashton Gentry when he had the sack.
53:59Yeah.
54:00But he's a guy, again, undrafted free agent.
54:02His best couple of years were at Utah State.
54:04Final year at NC State.
54:05Kirk, you called one of his games last year in college.
54:07Yeah, and I was like, who's this guy with the single digit on his back, right?
54:09This dude knows how to hold an edge.
54:11He knows how to get after the quarterback.
54:12And you just start to watch more and more on tape, and now he's an undrafted free agent
54:17to the Raiders, and he can say, okay, I saw what these Raiders administrative guys have
54:21saw, that you have guys who can come in and play a key role that can maybe give Max Crosby
54:27a series or two during a game and still give you some production.
54:31He doesn't have to snap it one more time before the two-minute warning.
54:34Oh, it's a burst through the middle for Kiner.
54:37Inside Raiders territory.
54:38Corey Conner has looked impressive here in the second half.
54:43He ripped off a 16-yard run, which brings us to the two-minute warning.
54:49Cousins got things started for the offense.
54:51Mendoza had a touchdown as well.
54:54And a struggle for the Raiders defense tonight.
54:56Cardinals up 13.
55:01Nearly 400 yards.
55:02Their offense today, 371 yards.
55:06But the headline coming out of this game, no matter what happened in this game, was going
55:09to be about that sign, that man.
55:12The overall number one pick in the NFL draft.
55:15And we were talking during the break, which I asked you, what's the word you would use
55:18for Fernando Mendoza's debut?
55:19I thought it was solid.
55:20You know, I just think the mechanics, in terms of, there weren't delaying game penalties,
55:24there weren't 12 men in the field, there was an interception.
55:27He was a clean performance.
55:29I thought he'd make good decisions.
55:30I thought he worked through his progressions.
55:32I thought his feet were solid.
55:33I thought he made a couple really good throws.
55:35He had to drive the ball outside of numbers a couple times.
55:37The one throw he made off of play action early in his, in the second quarter, where
55:43he just drove the ball between the linebackers, the safety, the touchdown throw.
55:47I thought it was a really good night for Fernando Mendoza.
55:52And I'll say this again.
55:5411 practices.
55:55They've only had 11 practices, and maybe half of them in pads.
55:59This was his first live game action.
56:01I don't go away from saying, oh, he's got a lot of work.
56:04You saw the glimpses of what I think Raider Nation should be excited about for the future.
56:10But there's also things that you build on and correct going into next week.
56:13Clearly the moment wasn't too big for him.
56:15Here's a guy that's played in a lot of big games, especially last year, including the national championship game.
56:20So I think the arrow's pointing in the right direction for our young quarterback.
56:25And he did not play with any of the starters.
56:27You know, and we just saw Jack Besh kind of over there.
56:29So he's the one who was the receiving end of the touchdown.
56:32And the receivers last year took a lot of criticism, right?
56:35Jack Besh, second-round pick.
56:36Dante Thornton, fourth-round pick.
56:38Never really worked out for either.
56:40Jack Besh tonight, again, year two, from year one to year two, could be a big time.
56:43And he's got the opportunity here with this receiving core as well.
56:46I think, look, he's been one of my favorite players since he got here.
56:49Because I know the kind of player that he is.
56:52I know he was drafted in the second round, and people expected him to be, you know, like a Luther
56:56burden, right?
56:56You know, a big-time, get-down-the-field guy.
56:59That's not who he is.
57:00He's a possession receiver that can make the contested catch.
57:05The Cardinals will have to snap this one more time.
57:08I'll take that final knee, and that'll bring this first Raiders preseason game to an end.
57:13Arizona's offense in two preseason games has been impressive.
57:1757 points in their first two preseason games with Mike LaFleur.
57:20Clay Kubiak's offense, the first half, looked really good.
57:23One solid drive from Cousins, a great drive from Mendoza.
57:26He and Mike LaFleur are going to see each other again, week 17 in Arizona.
57:32Two great young coaches that have, I think, bright futures.
57:38Both these teams, both these organizations need stability at the key positions, starting with head coach and quarterback.
57:47Yep.
57:51First chance for Kubiak, and again, been around.
57:53He was with the Niners before the Saints, and then last year, winning the Super Bowl as the offensive coordinator,
57:59Gardner Minshew,
58:00in his first Arizona performance, looked pretty good on a couple of touchdown drives late in the first half.
58:06Of course, here a couple of years.
