22:48After I came out then it made it easier for me to like go and get help for my mental health
22:52When I finally didn't feel like I had to hide this part of me I was then able to like start addressing other parts of me that
23:02Definitely needed to be addressed. Mental health is almost in a way like
23:06Chronic pain physically. It's never gonna like go away, but ignore how you're able to live with it
