My thoughts on Gardening, cooking and the world. Making the most of our less than a quarter acre urban homestead. We have apple and plum trees, along with raspberry, honeyberry, gooseberry, goji berry, blueberry and red current bushes. We also grow a lot vegetables each year. I like finding new and unique plants to grow and expand our garden each year.
I love to cook and i have amassed a nice collection of old cookbooks. As with gardening i like to try new things in the kitchen also. It's always fun to put a twist on a classic dish everyone knows or to find a wonderful recipe from 1910 that everyone has forgotten.
I have also been around for over half a century so i think i know a thing or two about a thing or two. So some of my videos will just be me sharing my opinions on life the universe and everything.
