A former contract worker at a Mazda factory in Japan killed one and injured 10 workers after driving his car around the plant at high speed. Toshiaki Hikiji, 42, who left work at the plant in April, drove his car into the compound in Hiroshima before aiming it at a crowd of workers. Hijiki, who also had an 18cm knife in the glovebox, was later arrested and charged with attempted murder.
