A $1,300 Kebab!!! - Food Feeder

A chef in London has set out to prove that Kebabs are much more than just street food!

Kebabs are a hugely popular street food, but perhaps they can be gourmet as well. Under Sahan, the head chef at the London restaurant Hazev, is trying to prove just that. His “Royal Kebab” is made with Japanese Wagyu beef, milk-fed lamb, goat meat, French Chaumes cheese, fresh morel mushrooms, courgette flowers, Turkish basil, Jerusalem artichokes, La Vallee des Baux olive oil, and an Italian vinegar that's been aged for 25 years. If you want to try this gourmet kabab you’ll have to shell out about $1,300, but if you can make a better kebab he’ll pay you about $1,400.

Would you ever shell out that kind of money for a kebab? What kind of food would you pay over $1,000 for? Do you like kebabs? Do you think any kebab is worth $1,300?
