Do Us A Japanese Flavor!!! - Food Feeder
Hey North Americans, you’re not the only ones that get to vote on new potato chip flavors! Now Japan has their own version of the Do Us A Flavor Contest!

Japanese company Calbee decided they’d take a page from the Lay’s handbook and are running a contest to decide on a new chip flavor! The winning flavors are Gomaya Punzo, Sour Cream and Hotate, and Tuna Corn Curry. While the flavors seem odd they’re no stranger than that time Cappuccino was a Do Us A Flavor choice.

In addition to their contest winners Calbee will be releasing a few other limited edition flavors, Tom Yum Kung and Sichuan-Style Mapo. Just like everything else, desired potato chip flavors vary wildly in different regions of the world. Hopefully (or maybe not so much) one of you lives in Japan and will send us some of these chips so we can try them.
