Ghanians prepare to go to polls

Voters in Ghana are going to the polls on Friday to elect a new President and parliament. In a region known for political instability, Ghana's previous four elections have gone through smoothly. As with previous polls, public trust in the system seems to be high. Al Jazeera's Yvonne Ndege reports from the capital, Accra.
