Altaf Hussain condemns attack on PAF van in Peshawar

The Founder and Leader of Muttaheda Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has strongly condemned the blowing of a PAF van with explosives on Kohat Road near Scheme Chowk in Peshawar. He expressed his grief and sorrow on the killing and injuring of several persons as a result of the detonation of the bomb.
He termed it a cowardly act of ferocious terrorists working against the country. He said that tragetting of the PAF van was in fact targeting the integrity of the country.
He demanded of President Asif Zardari, Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and Federal Interior Minister Rehman malik to take serious notice of the blast and bring the perpetrators to justice.
He said that the government should use every possible means to protect the life and property of the people. He expressed sympathies to the bereaved family members
