Greenpeace activists have climbed an oil platform in the Arctic, to protest against plans by the Russian energy giant Gazprom to carry out drilling work.
Six demonstrators scaled the structure at the Prirazlomnoye field, Russia's first Arctic offshore oil development.
Greenpeace wants a ban on drilling, claiming that any spill in the area would be catastrophic.
