Construction worker's eyeball pops out, accidentally crushed by boss

Protect your eyes at the workplace! A construction worker's boss accidentally knocked the construction worker's eyeball out with a crane hook, then ran into the worker, jarring the eyeball loose, and stepped on it, crushing the eyeball.
The construction worker, a 41-year-old Hualien resident surnamed Zhao, sued his employer for malpractice and negligence. But witnesses said that the worker was responsible for the workplace accident. The boss is not being prosecuted because the worker "used the wrong hand gesture" when communicating with his boss.
