Female students at National Taiwan University (NTU), beware of perverts around you. One female student encountered a pervert pleasuring himself in his car with the window rolled down while waiting for her bus outside the NTU stadium. The same driver has been spotted several times over the past four years. Even though the interior of a car is considered private space, the driver could be jailed for up to a year for indecent exposure.
