Fighting Cancer (and Chris Pirillo in a Dress)

On May 3rd, 2011, our dear friend Derek K. Miller passed away after a long fight against cancer. His final blog post was made post-mortem the next day.
Cancer is an ugly beast which leaves death and destruction in its wake. On Friday, May 13th, Chris took on the role of Subservient Chris to raise money to fight this terrible disease. The night was filled with laughter, hysterical antics, and even a few tears. Most importantly, we were able to raise money for a good cause.
Our friends Liana and Michelle were on hand again this year to share in the shenanigans. All proceeds went directly to them as they race via Team in Training to raise funds to help in the fight against cancer.
This year, a total of $2,220 was raised thanks to the immense generosity and assistance from the community. From everyone here at LockerGnome, thank you.
