Hello, my name is Kimberly Smith from StripXpertease in New York and I am going to do a little floor combo for you today. We are going to start in our laying fold across and we are going to go to cross position and then into “V”. So you are going to start in what we call laying fold across so you are on your left arm, fingertips relaxed, chest is lifted but hip is dropped. Your knees are bent and stacked and ankles are crossed. From here , your right hand is going to reach all the way down the leg to the floor behind you.

You are going to hug your ankles up into your body and then you are just going to roll over onto your lower back. From here you are going to extend the legs all the way up to the ceiling. This is cross position, and then you are going to open the legs into “V”. As you get better with this move, you can actually do it without using the right hand at all. So starting from here, use your right hand on your body, use it to do lotion moves and help your combo look a little bit sexier. So that is your combo.
