Half of all politicians in the German parliament now take a tablet computer to work for surfing online, writing official mails or pursuing more trivial pursuits. They can even use them when making speeches. While some have taken to the new technology like ducks to water, others bemoan a decline in moral standards and insist on still reading from good old-fashioned paper.
