And we go now to Seattle, where Shen Yun Performing Arts put on its last show there on Sunday afternoon. Here's our Seattle correspondent Karen Chang.

As the streak of beautiful weather continues in Seattle, Washington, locals celebrated the New Year with Shen Yun's final performance on Sunday.

[Rohit Amberker, Audience Member]:
"Can it be more perfect than this? I don't know. It is beautiful, the best we've ever seen so far. It's been great."

Seattle Center's Marion Oliver McCaw Hall was filled with applause, as audiences from all walks of life appreciated Shen Yun's performance in their own way.

For Dr. McGrath from Alaska, Shen Yun delivered a special message.

[Dr. McGrath,Audience Member]:
"The creation was more of the freedom that you should look for in your own personal life and the happiness and to seek your happiness and that's what I came away with from the show. It presented that very nicely."

Retired Project Manager Daniel Shield wanted to share what he learnt from Shen Yun.

[Daniel Shields, Audience Member]:
"I'm learning a little about the folklore and the history of the Chinese people. How long and how extensive and how varied it is. The thing that amazes me the most is how well the performance, how everything fits together."

Finance worker Rohit Amberker and wife Manasi were impressed with all aspects of Shen Yun's performance.

[Manasi Amberker, Audience Member]:
"The best part is the backdrops. Oh my god. The backdrops are so beautifully amalgamated with the dresses with what they are wearing. Everything even the green landscapes that has little blossoms, the dress has the green landscapes and the blossoms. It looks beautiful"

[Rohit Amberker, Audience Member]:
"I would simply say that this is out of life experience. The people, the dress, the costume, the dance, the way the multimedia interacts with the people on the stage. It is [the] best music, everything about this show is just perfect."
