Hands On: FIC Tycoon 10.1" Windows 7 Tablet

http://www.netbooknews.com FIC has released a 10.1 inch Windows 7 tablet for the Taiwan market and we got to go hands on with it at IT Month 2010. This Intel Atom N455 tablet has my attention since its paired with a Broadcom Crystal HD accelerator which allows for flawless HD playback. Spec wise the TVB00 also has 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 120GB HDD, 2 USB 2.0, mini HDMI, audio jacks and a volume control. It also comes with a customized GUI that we got a look at after shooting the video and aren't impressed with. It would be a great device to have the ExoPC GUI on board. The device is 18,000NT or $600USD and on sale in Taiwan's IT Month 2010.
