Pakistan cricketers continue their tour of England despite accusations linking the team with spot-fixing. The team was recently accused of spot fixing during a test match against England.

Members of the Pakistan’s cricket team were recently accused of spot fixing during the test match against England at Lord’s.

The team was at the Taunton hotel, and the majority of them have not been in public since the allegations came to light.

Cricket team coach Waqar Younis says he faced a difficult job ensuring his players kept their minds fully on the rest of the tour matches.

[Waqar Younis, Pakistan Cricket Team Coach]:
“All I am going to try to do is to get the team up again and make sure we deliver the best we can in the next few games and try to do the best we can, that's all I can do. It is a big challenge, and I'll just try to make the most of it and make sure everybody's nicely focused for the games.”

Later in the day, the entire squad traveled for a training session at Somerset's County Ground.

But overhead helicopters and a throng of television crews ensured they were reminded of the scrutiny they are currently under.

Meanwhile, former England bowler Angus Fraser has pleaded with the Pakistan Cricket Board to properly deal with any players found guilty over the allegations.

[Angus Fraser, Former England Cricket Player]:
"I don't think in the past the Pakistan Cricket Board have probably been as strong as they needed to be. I mean, they handed out life bans to some players in the New Year and all of a sudden they're playing again, so they seem to go back on what they've said in the past.”

Fraser also called for the Pakistan players embroiled in the controversy to be suspended until further evidence is gathered.
