01:12He's the first Pistons since Chauncey Billups to receive that honor.
01:15And his play spoke for itself.
01:17He averaged nearly 29 points, grabbed over 6 rebounds, and dished out over 9 assists.
01:22All the while leading the Pistons to a 16-4 record.
01:27He's playing winning basketball.
01:28He certainly is the catalyst.
01:30And I think, Cade, perhaps the biggest reason why the Pistons are able to win so many of these tight ballgames.
01:36They lead the league with 10 single-digit victories.
01:39They know they can go to him and he can deliver the bucket when they absolutely have to have it.
01:45But Cade has shown the propensity to also give them the block or the steal when they absolutely need it.
01:51So his play coincides with maybe one of the best runs for the Pistons in the last 15 years.
01:57And he's very deserving of the distinction of Eastern Conference Player of the Week.
02:01As you said, he's clearly doing it all.
02:03One of the Pistons wins in their record November came right here in the Beer City
02:07when the Bucs were without Giannis Adetokounmpo.
02:10The Greek Creek, however, is back in the lineup, and that's huge for Milwaukee.
02:14Get this.
02:15Their net rating is 20 points better when he's on the floor.
02:19Well, you're constantly being asked to prove oneself, prove yourself as a team.
02:25Well, the Pistons, in the midst of this very strong season, start to it.
02:29They got a victory over the Bucs, but he wasn't in the mix.
02:32Giannis Adetokounmpo has been very difficult for the Pistons to handle throughout his career.
02:37They get a chance to do another thing tonight that they haven't done in a long time,
02:41and that's beat the Bucs with Giannis Adetokounmpo in uniform.
02:46Meantime, Cade was not the only Piston to get his flowers for the strong, strong start that the team has had.

04:03I think he is an excellent communicator.
04:06To his players, they know what he wants.
04:08He is very precise with it.
04:10No gray areas whatsoever.
04:12And he certainly defends his players with the officials.
04:15He'll fight for them.
04:16And they certainly appreciate it.
04:18And they play hard for him.
04:21And then the focus on the interior.
04:23While other teams are looking to hit you from the three-point line, the Pistons still understand the importance of high-percentage twos.
04:29They attack that with purpose.
04:31Right now, a plus 14 in the paint, which leads the NBA.
04:36And then how about this?
04:37Toughness.
04:38Are they tough?
