00:00Merci.
00:30Yeah, I mean, I think for the team it went really well. I would have preferred to not crash again because I had the crash and the problem was I fell just on top of my knee where I opened the bruise and I had to add three stitches. So that definitely hurts a lot. I'm lucky today is a rest day and yeah, it happened on ideally the best day to happen, which is always the day before a rest day.
00:59So yeah, today try and recover from it. But yeah, apart from the crash, then once the crash happened, the race exploded and it went full gas and then it was always in these small groups going full to the finish. So yeah, it was super hectic and quite a stressful day.
01:16I always cross on my fingers to not get a puncture because the car is never behind. But yeah, I think we say I saved the day and then also it's actually an amazing day. So yeah, overall it went quite well.
01:29Yes, one for Juan, because for the first time trial in this Giro, you were already crashed on the first day and we all heard that you had some injury from that.
01:56Well, not did that, but it was like you felt it. Now yesterday you fell again and tomorrow a time trial. How did you feel today on the bike?
02:05And now are you looking towards that because the time trials before the Giro were your big goals to gain time?
02:11Well, to be honest, when I started riding, it really hurt. But then, you know, as I warmed up, it got better. So yeah, I hope with another day recovering, it should get better. The positive thing is it's not muscular. It's purely the bone. So I think, you know, if it gets just a little bit better, then it shouldn't really affect my performance.
02:38Because, yeah, it's not the muscle where I need to use it to make power. No, it's the knee, it's the bone. So as I said, you know, I started the training off today quite worried the first 15-20 minutes. But then, you know, when I arrived to the hotel, I think now I'm quite calm.
03:00I'm quite calm that, yeah, if it got better doing training, that means that it's just it's only the impact and there's nothing more serious there. And tomorrow, I think with one day more, I should be all right. No, it's not it's not ideal, of course, to never to hit the ground. But I think I should be OK.
03:18I think I should be OK.
