-Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp ( haldi Powder )
-Red Chili Powder - 1/4 tsp ( Lal Mirch Powder )
-Salt - 1/4 tsp ( Namak )
-Cooking Oil - 1/4 cup
-Onion 1 cup ( Pyaz )
-Green Chilies - 3 to 4 ( Hari Mirch )
-Garlic Cloves - 10 to 12 ( Lahsun )
-Ginger - 2 inches ( Adrak)
-Cashew Nuts 2 tbsp ( Kaju )
-Water - 1/2 cup ( Pani )
-Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup ( Hara Dhania )
-Cooking Oil 1/4 cup
-Cinnamon Sticks - 2 inches ( Darchini )
-Green Cardamom 4 -5 ( Choti elaichi )
-Cloves - 4 to 5 ( Laung )
-Black pepper 1 tsp ( Kali Mirch )
-Water 1/2 cup ( pani )
-Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp ( Haldi Powder )
-Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch )
-Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp (zeera powder )
-Garam masala Powder - 1 tsp
-Salt - 1 tsp ( Namak )
-Whisked Yogurt - 1/2 cup ( Dahi )
-Crushed Roasted Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp ( Kasuri Methi )
-Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
-Chopped Coriander Leaves
Direction For cooking
-Take a frying pan add oil , add sliced onion, ginger , garlic , green chilies , cashew nuts cook until soften then add water mix it well , cover and cook until water dries then let it cool.
-Take a blender add this spice add fresh coriander then make a smooth paste.
-Prick the eggs ,prevent the eggs from bursting if they’re being fried.
-Take a frying pan add oil add boiled egg cook them for 2 mins on low flame then add red chili powder , turmeric powder , salt , cook for 2 -3 mins on low flame then set aside.
-Take a wok add oil add cinnamon stick ,green cardamom , black pepper , cloves saute for a min.
-Add onion coriander paste cook for 2 to 4 mins add water mix it well again cook it for 2 -3 mins.
-Cover & cook until oil separates.
-Add salt , garam masala , turmeric powder , cumin powder , black pepper powder mix it well and cook for 2 -3 mins.
-Add yogurt mix well cook for 2 -3 mins then add roasted fenugreek leaves mix it well.
-Cover and cook until oil separates.
-Add fresh cream mix it well cook for 2 mins.
-Add fried eggs cook for 2 -3 mins on medium flame , add chopped fresh coriander mix it well.
-Serve with roti naan or rice and enjoy.
