CJI Khanna on Waqf Protest: वक्फ बिल (Waqf Bill) पर राष्ट्रपति की मुहर तो लगी. इसने कानून (Waqf Law) का रूप भी ले लिया. है. लेकिन मुसलमानों (Muslims and Opposition Parties) और विपक्षी पार्टियों का इसके खिलाफ जोरदार विरोध थमता नजर नहीं आ रहा है. बंगाल का मुर्शिदाबाद (Murshidabad Violence) का जल उठना इसका सबसे बड़ा उदाहरण है. ऐसा नहीं है कि वक्फ कानून के खिलाफ केवल सड़कों (Waqf Law Protest) पर ही बवाल काटा जा रहा है. इसके खिलाफ कानून का भी सहारा लिया गया है और ये सिलसिला जारी भी है. क्योंकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में वक्फ कानून के खिलाफ तकरीबन 73 याचिकाएं (Waqf Law Petition) डाली जा चुकी हैं. सीजेआई संजीव खन्ना (CJI Sanjiv Khanna) (CJI Khanna) ने आज इस पर सुनवाई करने वाले हैं. इससे पहले वकीलों और याचिकाकर्ताओं ने क्या कहा है. सुनिए
