Turning of the sod at Newcastle's Sovereign Park development

00:00We're really excited about this project. Today we're turning a new page, a page in the new chapter,

00:12which will see Sovereign Park rise as a modern, vibrant community. There'll be 147 apartments,

00:1911 terraces, and Sovereign Park will be more than just a residential development. It'll be a place

00:24where people live, connect and create new memories. A place that blends quality, comfort and sense of

00:31belonging. And the interesting thing is the majority of buyers will be calling at home their owner

00:37occupiers. We're talking about 80 percent. And as with our nearby development Regency Park,

00:44this project will be a secure estate with landscape grounds and gardens. Believe it or not we started

00:50the journey with Stronux doing cost plans in 2018. So more recently at the end of 2024 we got awarded

00:59the delivery of the project, which was certainly an honour and a great credit to the team all involved.
