00:10First up in Preston, a play called Going Green is on between Wednesday April 16th and Saturday

00:20The comedy follows John Brown, the future leader of the Green Party, who is forced to
00:25leave his beloved politics due to a mysterious illness.
00:28He decides to give one last blistering farewell speech at the annual conference and his final

00:39The show is on between 7.30pm and 10pm across the four nights and tickets start from £11.
00:46For a more child-friendly show, Adventures in Science comes to Chorley Theatre on Tuesday

00:52Described as seriously silly science for all ages, the audience will join the magical
00:58Mr. West on an incredible adventure into the world of science.

01:26Over on the Farge Coast, Pleasure Beach Resort is holding a week of Easter fun between Monday
01:31March the 14th to Monday March the 21st.
01:33Over the eight days, guests can enjoy Easter entertainment daily, including fun games in the
01:40hub, like the bunny hop race and the egg and spoon race.
01:43Guests will also be able to get crafty with egg decorating and Easter bonnet making workshops.
01:48And throughout the day, there will be entertainment from Team Nick and meet and greets with characters
01:53like the Paw Patrol Pups and SpongeBob and Friends.
01:57On Easter Saturday, Pleasure Beach is even staying open until 9pm, meaning guests can enjoy
02:0211 hours of riding and live entertainment, including shows, a DJ, character appearances,
02:08bubbleologists, bunnies on stilts, the Easter Bunny and the magical Miss Easter.
02:15Also in Blackpool, the iconic musical Guys and Dolls is on at the Blackpool Grand Theatre
