00:39The Navotas Sports Complex was filled with members of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program or 4-Piece this morning.
00:46Approximately 800 4-Piece beneficiaries came here from Malabon and Navotas.
00:5251 of them received smartphones.
00:56But all of the 800 came for financial assistance under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation or AICS.
01:05According to the DSWD, only those who are in level 1 or food-poor levels of 4-Piece members
01:12or those who cannot afford to buy a cell phone were given smartphones.
01:17They also agreed to receive their assistance cashless.
01:23In addition, to have easier access to financial services using digital platforms,
01:30the cash grants of the DSWD are included here.
01:34In order for the 4-Piece members to become digital financial literate,
