However, there is still work to be done because companies are also looking for others.

02:17At the University, we address students on the part of the staff, so all those who have degrees in law for our legal staff, or graduates in economics for HR, so all those who can have transversal skills that impact our staff management.
02:41For us it is essential to have a closer and more proficient relationship with the University, in particular the LUIS has a sentimental value for me, because I did the LUIS 20 years ago, and certainly having an eye for the world of work is what distinguishes this University the most.
02:57Certainly what football is looking for today can be found in figures with a digital background, so artificial intelligence, digital marketing are all analytical tools that are absolutely needed to grow the corporate and business structures of our clubs, but even before that it is obviously essential to have a training that has very solid foundations. In this case the LUIS is certainly an excellence in Italy and throughout Europe.
