00:09In a memo on Tuesday, August 20, Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin directed the DFA
00:14and the Justice Department to cancel the passports of Guo, her siblings Wesley and Sheila, and
00:19of Pogo Officer Catherine Cassandra Ong.
00:21There's been an immigration lockout on Guo since June, even before the Senate ordered
00:25her arrest on July 11.
00:27Later on Monday, August 19, Sen. Teresa Ontiveros revealed Guo flew to Malaysia on July 18,
00:33then met her father, mother, brother, and Ong in Singapore.
00:37An intelligence source told Rappler Guo arrived in Singapore on July 21 and left for Indonesia
00:42just last Sunday, August 18.
