24:23swimming and lots of people go swimming
24:25in their backyard pool or down the road
24:27there's the big council pool
24:29there's a dam in the country, you might have a dam
24:31or a creek to swim in, but when you're swimming
24:33there are a few things to
24:35think about for safety
24:37It's lots of fun swimming, don't get me wrong
24:39but there are some safety things you must think about
24:41everybody, yes, you must think about them
24:43To help us think about those things and also the great
24:45fun things about swimming, we have the greatest
24:47swimming family in the world
24:49the Perkins family, here they are
24:51Kieran and Samantha
24:53Harry and Georgia. G'day guys
24:55How are you? Anthony, how are you? Good, good
24:57Now we're talking about swimming
24:59Now Samantha, what's some of the fun things
25:01about swimming? What do you like about swimming
25:03and the whole family going swimming?
25:05Well I think it's something that's really fun for the whole
25:07family to do, but there's a couple of
25:09serious things too, Anthony
25:11and that is that no matter how old your
25:13children are as parents, we should get them to
25:15learn to swim. Now, the good
25:17time is probably the summer of their first
25:19birthday, and just get them in there
25:21take them down to the local pool, there should be
25:23learn to swim lessons. The other thing
25:25too is apart from just learning how to swim
25:27it's important to dress right for
25:29swimming, because in Australia the sun's
25:31really hot, that's right, you've got your
25:33your togs or bathers on, depending on
25:35which state you come from, Queensland or
25:37New South Wales. A hat
25:39what else do we have on when we go swimming?
25:41Board shorts. And what do we
25:43Sun cream. That's right, sun cream, we always
25:45put sun cream on our faces, don't we?
25:47Now when do you go swimming? Should you swim
25:49alone, or should you go with
25:51a friend, or make sure that a grown up's
25:53there, like maybe mum or dad?
25:55A lot of parents sometimes think, oh look, the kids
25:57can swim now, so they'll be alright in the pool
25:59by themselves, but it's really never a good
26:01idea to leave the kids alone. We always
26:03watch the kids, even if they're just in a blow
26:05up pool in the front yard. Funnily
26:07enough, we've never actually owned a pool at our
26:09house, so we used to buy
26:11the little blow up pool, and
26:13we'd always watch the kids, even if the water
26:15was only a couple of foot deep, because kids
26:17can drown in any amount of water, so
26:19it's great to have fun, but you've always got to
26:21be on the lookout, because if you teach them
26:23how to swim, it could be a lifesaver one
26:25day. Now Kieran, after all that hard
26:27work and training, you've been
26:29in the Olympics, and have done lots of
26:31brilliant things. Can you tell everybody
26:33about it? Well, in my career
26:35I went to three Olympic Games, and
26:37I won two gold medals and two silver
26:39medals, and I actually won medals
26:41in three Olympics in the
26:431500m freestyle in a row.
26:45I broke 11 world records,
26:47two world championships,
26:49a few Commonwealth Games gold medals
26:51in there as well, and Pan Pacific
26:53titles also. Everybody,
26:55isn't that wiggly amazing?
26:57Hey, let's go swimming!

29:23kilometres long! That is
29:25long! It's very long, and take a look
29:27at all the bricks here! There must be
29:29millions of bricks here! There'd have to be
29:31Imagine how many bricklayers it would
29:33have taken to build this wall!
29:35Wow! Thanks guys
29:37Here's Seamus to introduce the
29:39next song! Get your toys ready!
29:41Here's the bricklayer song!
29:47We love to work all day

31:53Everybody
31:55This singing's making me really thirsty
31:57And when I'm thirsty, I love
31:59to drink milk. But you know what?
32:01All the shops around here are closed right
32:03now, so I don't know where I can get some milk
32:05from. Have you got any ideas
32:07where could I find some milk?
32:11Ah, of course!
32:13Cows give you milk, but where could I
32:15find a cow?
32:17Ah, on a
32:19farm, of course! Great idea!
32:21On our dairy farm we milk
32:23up to 2,000 cows.
32:25They go into the dairy shed, we attach
32:27the cups onto the cows and the milk flows
32:29out. Before cups, we used
32:31to milk cows by hand, but it took
32:33a long, long time.
32:37Calling all cows
32:41Calling all cows
32:45Come in cows, come in
