Derek Sarjeant & Hazel King - album Folk matters 1973

British folk revival duo composed of Derek Sarjeant and Hazel King married in 1977. Their programme included mostly traditional English and Scottish songs, some unaccompained, but they usualy also performed contemporary songs and blues with Sarjeant on trumpet, and King on guitar, some big ballads as well as some traditional instrumental music alternating harmonies on concertina and guitar. They performed regularly at European festivals, colleges and clubs, and made radio and television appearances. They continued performing together for some 35 years until Hazel's death from rare cancer in 2003.
