Police investigating the murder of a staff member at Saint Andrews cathedral school in Sydney are searching for fellow staffer Paul Thijssen. The body of Lilie Jams was found with severe head injuries at the school's CBD campus overnight. Meanwhile items linked to the murder have been found at a cliff-top park in the city's east.
