The Californian project making surfing more inclusive

The Californian association City Surf Project takes students from high schools in San Francisco's working-class neighborhoods, mainly attended by Hispanic and African American students, to introduce them to surfing. The aim is to overcome practical obstacles and cultural assumptions within the communities they are trying to reach.
