Wages growth falls, reducing fears of inflationary spiral

Australian wages are still going backwards with the latest numbers showing inflation is still far outstripping pay increases. The weaker-than-expected figures have diminished the chances of further rate hikes but there's still little relief on the horizon for families struggling to make ends meet.
