00:00 It's shaping as the biggest game in the history of the Matildas when Australia takes on France
00:08 here in Brisbane tomorrow afternoon for a place in the semi-finals in this year's World
00:14 Cup.
00:15 Australia, they'll have to defy history if they're to go any further in this tournament
00:18 because this is as far as the Matildas have ever got in a World Cup to the quarter-final
00:24 stage and to progress they will need to win this game against France who come into the
00:30 match in very, very good form.
00:33 They will be the favourites heading into this match.
00:35 They beat Morocco 4-0 to qualify for this match in the round of 16.
00:41 So Australia hoping that Sam Kerr will be fit and firing, ready to play for this match
00:47 as well.
00:48 She had a 10-minute stint in the last game against Denmark and looked a little shaky
00:55 at the start but showed glimpses of what she is capable of.
00:58 So it will be interesting to see when she is brought into the team.
01:02 But look, you look at the form of the Australian side at the moment, they're looking very good
01:06 at the moment with Mary Fowler and others, Katrina Gorry, Hayley Rasso, Courtney Vine,
01:12 they've all been playing very good football in this tournament.
01:17 And Australia in front of a sold out Lang Park will be hoping to get the job done.
01:23 For people who can't go to the game, you can watch it at live sites around the country
01:28 like the one I am at here at Southbank at the FIFA Fan Festival.
01:31 But they've got these live sites in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.
01:36 And I think everyone is certainly making plans to decide where they will be watching the
01:42 Women's World Cup tomorrow afternoon.
