00:00 If you're traveling to or from London Paddington today, unfortunately there is
00:04 train disruption for services starting or ending at London Paddington. This is
00:10 due to a fault with our signaling system between London and Reading, meaning we're
00:14 only able to offer about half the normal service we would be able to. We do have
00:19 our teams on site trying to fix the issue but unfortunately it does mean
00:22 that there are fewer services operating and there are cancellations as well as
00:27 delays. Our advice to passengers is please check your journey before
00:31 traveling and if you're able to please travel earlier as services will be busy
00:36 particularly during the afternoon and evening peak. You can find out more
00:41 information by going to National Rail Enquiries, that's nationalrail.co.uk
00:46 or through your train operator, that's Great Western Railway, the Elizabeth
00:50 Line through Transport for London or Heathrow Express. We're really sorry for
00:56 the disruption this is causing you today and we will try to get things fixed as
00:59 quickly as possible. We'll continue to keep you updated as the situation
01:04 changes.
