Now have the civilian killings in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir stopped completely? Has there been a drop in such incidents? Let's have a look at some numbersAccording to a report by Scroll At least 750 militants have been killed by security forces in Jammu and Kashmir in the last four years. Prime Minister Modi had once said, “A youthful nation like ours must leave an impact in the entire world.” Interestingly, 83% of the killed were local Kashmiri youths. Of late the presence of foreign militants appears to be increasing. 43% of the total militants killed in 2022 were foreigners.
