Police officer ‘repeatedly punches man in head’ during arrest video

North Wales Police have launched an investigation after footage emerged of one of their own officers appearing to punch a man repeatedly in the head as he's held during an arrest.The suspect appeared to be placed in a choke hold around the neck before the officer delivered a series of blows to his face.As a female officer handcuffed the suspect he could be heard groaning in pain as shocked onlookers shouted at police.He was led to a police van with his eye and face visibly swollen following the arrest in Pothmadog, North Wales.
