"On my mother's 63rd birthday, she had to renew her license and found out it was suspended because of a ticket she did not know of," Ramon said. "She spent almost 400-500 USD that day just to get it back. She used up all the birthday money that she had saved to get her favorite gift.
"I decided that since my life has changed for the better, I'd surprise her and purchase the gift without her knowing."
