Wedding videographer fails to show up, provide videos to couples

Almost a dozen newlyweds in Tasmania claim they are thousands of dollars out of pocket after the wedding videographer they'd booked failed to show up, or disappeared without providing their video. The couples are now trying to work out a way to get their money back, or the video that was promised in the first place.
