Aspirants declare interest for Garissa Township seat as Assembly speaker declares seats vacant

Three days after National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula wrote to IEBC declaring the Garissa Township seat vacant, aspirants have hit the road seeking clearance and support from clan elders as well as electorates.
