Healing with Form Energy and Light meditation

Self Healing meditation based on Ancient Tradition from Tibet Yundrung Bon.

Prior to have best effects:

1. Feeling of comfort is needed, seat comfortably and work with your mind visualization also without effort, should be effortless meditation. If you don’t like or don’t feel some part like pray for example just don’t pray, some people likes to pray or have need to pray to some holy being, is also helpful. SMP365 don’t pray here in this meditation for exampl what does not mean that we don’t pray at all, we love to pray some ancient prayers but here in this meditation no :)

2. Faith is crucial to have effect. If you are new to the meditation you maybe suspicious what is this. No faith no work, faith is like throttle, more faith more energy flow, just try to be kind of naive at the beginning.
3. 2nd part of meditation, the breathing, for better effects you can extend as long as is comfortable for you, recommended time length of breathing is 30min.
