Bullmastiff VS Boerboel - Breed Differences & Similarities

The Boerboel is naturally born with a long tail, but it is common practice to dock it at the third vertebrae. The Bullmastiff has a flatter muzzle than the Boerboel, and you can see the bull-type links in his face more so than the Boerboel. Many prefer this flatter face look, and equally, many prefer the longer muzzle.
