Seeking answers to Robodebt crisis, Bill Shorten calls for senior ministers of the previous government to appear in front of the commission

Yesterday the Prime Minister announced the royal commission into Robodebt. The minister for Government Services, Bill Shorten, says senior ministers of the previous government need to appear in front of the commission, to get answers about how the crisis occurred.
