During a conference on Thursday, Air Force Chief V.R. Chaudhary said that in the current geo-political situation, the Indian Air Force has to be prepared for rapid and short duration operations in a short time. Air Chief Marshal Chowdhury said the force would need to be prepared to deal with short duration wars and prolonged standoffs like in eastern Ladakh.

गुरुवार को एक सम्मेलन के दौरान Air Force Chief V.R. Chaudhary ने कहा कि मौजूदा भू-राजनीतिक हालात में भारतीय वायु सेना को कम समय में तीव्र और छोटी अवधि के संचालन के लिए तैयार रहना पड़ता है. Air Chief Marshal Chowdhury ने कहा कि बल को छोटी अवधि के युद्धों और पूर्वी लद्दाख जैसे लंबे समय तक चलने वाले गतिरोध से निपटने के लिए तैयार रहने की आवश्यकता होगी.
