Queen Paola heath fears: Belgian monarch ordered to rest after suffering injury in fall

The Belgian Royal Family on Thursday announced the 84-year-old had taken a fall and fractured her upper arm. Paola has been told by doctors to rest for eight weeks due to the injury. The Belgian royal has fractured the right head of the humerus. She has been forced to cancel a series of public engagements as she takes time to recover. It is not the first time Paola has broken a bone. In 2017, she suffered from a fractured femoral neck. Paola has also had a number of other health issues in recent years.
