New local powers for Kent's council as PM eases restrictions

Kent County Council have been given the power to enforce local lockdowns as the government sets out the next stage of recovery.
Boris Johnson's announced a further easing of measures, from allowing bowling alleys and casinos to reopen, to giving the green light for outdoor performances.
