Neighborhood Bully Harasses Person By Coming in Front of Their Truck While They Drive Down Road

A person was driving down the road one night when this neighborhood bully suddenly walked in front of their truck. When they hit the brakes, he spat on the road and walked away. Then the man falsely accused the person of trying to hit him and threatened to call the cops. Later, he was charged by the local police for his harassment and false complaints.
