Police should have called off high speed pursuit that left a teenager dead

An inquest has heard police should have called off the high-speed pursuit of a teenager who died after flipping a stolen car on the Gold Coast in 2019. 18 year old Logan Dreier was critically injured in the crash after driving at speeds of up to 140 kilometres per hour. A passenger in the car survived.
