Rawalpindi:
Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid has said that the government has decided to ban Tehreek-e-Libek Pakistan.

Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid while giving a press conference announced that the government has decided to ban Tehreek-e-Lubaik Pakistan. The decision to ban Tehreek-e-Lubaik has been taken under the Anti-Terrorism Act. A summary of the ban is being sent to the cabinet for approval. The law will be enacted against roadblocks and violators.

Sheikh Rashid said that I myself am a mujahid of the end of prophethood. When the PML-N amended the end of prophethood, I raised my voice in the assembly. In a country where the interior minister is a mujahid of the end of prophethood, there is no problem of end of prophethood. In our time, nothing can be done against the honor of the Prophet, even today we insist that we will present the bill of honor in the Assembly, but we want a draft that will raise the knowledge of the Prophet, which you want. It will tarnish our image of extremism in the world.

Earlier, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Home Affairs Sheikh Rashid on the law and order situation, in which Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri, Home Secretary, IG Punjab Inam Ghani, Chief Commissioner IG Islamabad, Commissioner Rawalpindi, Rangers and Representatives of other law enforcement agencies attended.
