ALP Conference: Labor promises cheaper electric cars in new policy

ALP's national conference is in its second day.. and the party has unveiled a new policy on electric vehicles. It aims to encourage the take-up of electric cars by cutting the import tariff on some electric vehicles and to provide exemptions from fringe benefits tax.
